Lindsay is a visual artist with a science based practice.

Jessica is the outreach coordinator for the Illinois Center for Advanced Studies of the Universe.

Patrick is the Undergraduate Coordinator for Recruiting, Research, and Placement for the Department of Physics.

Taiya Tkachuk is a Physics Department intern passionate about using digital communication to help bring the festival to life!

Smitha is a professor in the Department of Physics who loves collaboratively exploring the quantum world, the cosmos, and working with artists.

Rebecca is the IT Director for the Department of Physics and has been passionate about science outreach for many years.

Shyam Hari is a junior in Engineering Physics who helped with everything from organizing and shooting to editing several of the movies featured at the festival, including “Scale, Life, Law” and “To See Clearly”.

Nic Morse is the Digital Media Specialist for the Graduate College at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He was the videographer for several of the movies featured in the festival, including "Quantum Rhapsodies", "Quantum Voyages" and "Solaria".

Karmela Padavic-Callaghan, Ph.D. is an educator and science writer. She teaches physics and mathematics courses at Bard High School Early College and has written for popular science outlets such as WIRED, Scientific American, Physics World and New Scientist. She earned her Ph.D. from UIUC in 2019, studying ultracold atoms and condensed matter theory with a focus on novel Bose-Einstein condensate geometries and quasiperiodicity.
